    Okay, I have said it before and I will repeat it again until I and Vis are satisfied. RECRUIT! We need more good players in our guild. The onus NOT just on Vis and myself. Mainly the officers, and even everyone else! GET ON IT!
    Things we need: Everything. Yes, even DK's (ugh)

    We need to stop allowing people coming back with our them being reviewed by officers, they are starting to think we arnt going to turn down people

    We should be able to control this more effectively if/when we put the application process into effect. How's that coming along Crudelis?

    I have left recruiting responsibilities to Sefrei, with Vis and myself as the overseeing authority. The application is being implemented right away. All recruits will have to apply online, have Sif or another Captain review the form, and be accepted as a recruit. More to follow.
